Tox After-Care Instructions
IMMEDIATELY AFTER
Do not lie down, wash your face or apply makeup for at least 4 hours after treatment. Do not massage face. You may experience a headache. You can use Tylenol and ice pack for headache treatment.
UP TO 48 HOURS
Avoid exercise for 24 hours.
Avoid blood thinners for 48 hours.
Bruising is normal and will heal.
AS NEEDED
You can take arnica tablets to help with bruising if needed.
UP TO 5 DAYS
Bruising is normal and may last several days.
Filler After-Care Instructions
IMMEDIATELY AFTER
Bruising, swelling and mild pain is normal.
Avoid exercise, alcohol and blood thinners for 24-48 hours.
Do not massage the area.
AS NEEDED
Apply topical arnica and a cold press to help with pain and swelling.
UP TO 7 DAYS
Swelling will likely stick around for a few days, bruising may last up to 1 week.
UP TO 1 MONTH
The filler may take up to a month to completely settle within your tissue. It is normal to feel lumps and bumps at this time.
Microneedling After-Care Instructions
THE FIRST 24 HOURS
Avoid makeup, sun exposure, alcohol, smoking and exercise for 24 hours.
THE FIRST 72 HOURS
For the first 3 days after treatment, wash your face twice a day with a gentle face wash. Avoid vitamin C serum and use sunscreen.
THE FIRST 7 DAYS
Avoid harsh chemicals and conditions for 7 days. This includes alcohol, smoking, and sun exposure.
SKINCARE
Support your results with high quality skincare. Use a Hyaluronic acid serum to keep your skin hydrated and a peptide based serum every night to support healing and collagen production.
VI Chemical Peel Pre-Care Instructions
IMMEDIATELY AFTER
After your peel, your skin will appear tan. Avoid touching your skin.
THE NEXT 7 DAYS
Download the VI Peel app.
You will be given 7 days of skincare to take home to support the peel process.
THE NEXT 10 DAYS
After your VI peel, you will experience mild to moderate peeling for up to 10 days.
Fire and Ice Facial After-Care Instructions
IMMEDIATELY AFTER
You can resume care as normal. You may apply makeup to the face and cleanse normally. Minimal to no downtime.
Lipotropic Injections After-Care Instructions
IMMEDIATELY AFTER
You may experience itchiness, redness, and bruising at the injection site. This is normal and will subside. You may apply a cold pack if these occur post treatment. You may resume your normal activities and day to day routines
